The story chronicles the challenges of marriage between a Christian American woman and a Libyan Muslim scientist and one woman's fight to smuggle her new born son out of Libya and the clutches of Libyan strongman Muammar Gadaffi. It is a riveting story of great hope in the middle of clandestine intrigue, domestic abuse, and the threat of international child kidnapping at the hands of her Muslim husband.
Ms Ward also depicts details of crimes committed against the Libyan people by the tyrannical dictator Muammar Gadaffi and his 400 paid mercenary loyalists.
