Congressman Vern Buchanan representing Florida's 13th Congressional District invited Cross to deliver the invocation. Reverend Cross celebrated twenty years as Senior Pastor of South Biscayne Church this past June. South Biscayne church is a dynamic fellowship that wants to be a vital part in helping those in this community.
