August 23, 2009 - First Annual Chai Cup Golf Tournament, to raise money in support of Jewish Education Solomon Schechter Day School.

Solomon Schechter Day School, the Three Conservative Synagogues, and Traditional Congregation are trying to raise money in support of Jewish education with the 2nd Annual Chai Cup Golf Tournament on Sunday, August 23, 2009.

    SAINT LOUIS, MO, July 15, 2009 /Religion PR News/ -- TO RAISE MONEY IN SUPPORT OF JEWISH EDUCATION SOLOMON SCHECHTER DAY SCHOOL, THE THREE CONSERVATIVE SYNAGOGUES {BRITH SHOLOM KNESETH ISRAEL (BSKI), CONGREGATION B'NAI AMOONA AND SHAARE ZEDEK SYNAGOGUE} AND TRADITIONAL CONGREGATION BRING THE JEWISH COMMUNITY TOGETHER FOR THE FIRST ANNUAL CHAI CUP GOLF TOURNAMENT ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 23, 2009

Solomon Schechter Day School, Brith Sholom Kneseth Israel, Congregation B'nai Amoona, Shaare Zedek Synagogue, and Traditional Congregation. are bringing together the Jewish Community to raise money in support of Jewish education with the 2nd Annual Chai Cup Golf Tournament on Sunday, August 23, 2009.

In addition, they will hold the community favorite- the Rabbi's putting contest.
In 2008 Rabbi Seth Gordon (Traditional) edged out 3 Time winner Rabbi Mordechai Miller (BSKI) to win the Green kippot.


Awards: First through Third Place teams

Contests: Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin

Raffle Prizes: 50/50 Cash
A set of Custom Irons

Auction: At the awards banquet

Golf Format: 4 Person Scramble
