Our Lady of the Lake Youth Ministry will host another installment of their increasingly popular youth focused worship event Exalt Fest. Exalt Fest is a unique celebration of live music and praise geared toward high school age youth and young adults. Admission is free and open to the public.
MANDEVILLE, LA, February 23, 2009 /Religion PR News/ -- Our Lady of the Lake Youth Ministry will host another installment of their increasingly popular youth focused worship event Exalt Fest. Exalt Fest is a unique celebration of live music and praise geared toward high school age youth and young adults. The evening closes with a "Coffeehouse" even immediately following the worship service.
Admission to both events is free and open to the public. In addition to worship services participants will enjoy live music, refreshments and door prizes! Exalt Fest takes place on the Our Lady of the Lake Roman Catholic School campus beginning at 7:00 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2009.
Exalt Fest - A Unique Opportunity to Worship
Exalt Fest is an amazing opportunity to gather as a church to worship and adore Jesus in the Holy Eucharist. Through Prayer, Praise, and Worship, the community will enter into the presence of the Lord and experience awesome things! This Festival is geared toward, but not limited to, High School Youth and Young Adults. We invite all parishes to come and participate in this awesome opportunity to grow as a church in community and worship.
The mission of Exalt Fest is to exalt Jesus in our hearts, our families, and our archdiocese through Eucharistic Adoration with Praise and Worship music. Exalt Fest is organized by the OLL Youth Ministry which is headed by Courtney Brown who is committed to engaging our youth with fun and wholesome activities. OLL has 2 different youth groups; VERITAS and 609. Each group meets the needs of their respective age group.
