With four years of experience in education, Ms. White oversees administration and is responsible for managing finance, hiring staff, and supervising 18 employees and 127 students. After retiring from a 27-year career in the U.S. Department of Defense, she felt it was her calling to help children with their education. She established Heart to Heart Christian Academy and Childcare with the guidance of her devoted husband, Dr. Billy W. White Sr., Pastor of the New Life Temple Church at Jacksonville, and credits her success to her dedication. Ms. White completed coursework in business administration and intends to open five more academies in the future.
