With more than 22 years of professional experience, Ms. Carr excels in managing judicial process. At her current post, she is responsible for attending meetings and answering queries about the constitution. She also served as a director for Westminster Pre-School in Chehalis, WA. She considers the support she receives from her family and her faith in God to be the driving forces behind her success.
Ms. Carr received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed certification in education in 1963. She is a member of the Association of Stated Clerks. In the future, she aspires to become more involved in community services. She is presently a Guardian ad Litem for Lewis County in the State of Washington.
